not perfect but practical
not pretty but tactical
the use over looks
the looks
love stored amongst
the effigy's smile
safe for a flicker of the flame
till it licks at the breasts
silent composure
arrogant gait
from makeshift
joints needed
shuffle along
and hold my love
until i return
with candle in hand
