    Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva (Kannon Bosatsu), when meditating in deep level of wisdom,

    clearly perceived that all five elements are empty, which saves from all anguish and troubles.

    Sariputra! Form does not differ from emptiness And emptiness does not differ from form.

    Form itself is emptiness and emptiness itself is form.

    Sensation, perception, action, consciousness are also like this.

    Sariputra, These matters are marked by emptiness

    Neither being born nor perishing; being not stained nor pure; Neither increasing nor decreasing. For these reasons, there is in emptiness,

    No form nor is there sensation, perception, action or consciousness; No eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, mind.

    No form, sound, smell, taste, touch, dharma; No visible world, no mental world;

    There is no ignorance or destruction of ignorance.

    There is no old age and death, no destruction of old age and death;

    No anguish or its formation or its suppression or the way thereto ; No wisdom and no attainment, since there is nothing to attain.

    The Boddhisattva by depending on the perfect wisdom

    Has thought free of entrapment or obstacles, since there is no entrapments or obstacles; Having thus nothing to fear

    He separates himself from all perverse imaginings and dreamlike notions achieving complete and final perfect happiness and tranquility .

    The Buddhas from past, present, and future by relying on perfect wisdom

    Have had the supreme enlightenment.

    Therefore know that Perfect Wisdom is the great sacred mantra, the great vivid mantra,

    The unsurpassed mantra, the supreme mantra, which completely removes all anguish. That is real, not vain.

    Therefore set forth the Perfect Wisdom mantra, set forth this mantra and proclaim:

    "Oh, you have done! You have done! You have completely crossed the margin. This is Enlightenment (Satori)! Congratulations!" (In Sanscrit: Gate gate paragate parasamgate)

    And here, the heart of the Perfect Wisdom is realized.
